Azerbaijan Gives Green Light To Fresh Approach For Electronic Auctions Of Debtor Property

BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 25. A new procedure
for the electronic auction of debtor property related to the
enforcement of executive documents has been officially approved in
Azerbaijan, Trend
reports.
The decision was signed by the Chairman of the Board of the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan, Minister Farid Ahmadov.
The document has been developed under the requirements of Articles 61 and 62 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on "Enforcement Proceedings." It outlines the process for specialized enterprises to be commissioned by enforcement officials for the sale of debtor property through electronic auctions, as part of the execution of executive documents.
The Ministry's Main Department of Legislation has been tasked with entering this decision into the State Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
