Ensuring the seamless functionality of supply routes is paramount for operational excellence, Azerbaijani Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov said at an official meeting in the Ministry of Defense in Baku today, Trend reports via the ministry.

Hasanov underscored the critical significance of optimizing troop service organization within military units, enhancing collaborative efforts with state institutions for the clearance of territories from mines and unexploded ordnance, and advancing the engineering and fortification of positions situated in challenging terrains and adverse climatic conditions.

Highlighting the proactive engagement and strategic oversight from state leadership, the minister underscored the elevated standards of social and living conditions, alongside the enhanced moral and psychological well-being of military personnel. He also pointed out the commitment to optimizing logistical and medical support for units, especially during the winter season.

In addition, personnel were instructed to adhere to safety and discipline regulations, monitor quality indicators in the training and education process, and conduct educational events on a variety of subjects on a regular basis.
