Azerbaijan Tallies Apartments In Zangilan Residential Complexes Under Construction (PHOTO)


(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) ZANGILAN, Azerbaijan, October 5. The fifth and sixth residential complexes under construction in Zangilan city totally envisage to host 511 apartments, Ilhamiya Rzayeva, spokesperson of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in the Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan districts, told reporters, Trend reports.

"The fifth residential complex is situated in the central part of the city in a medium-density, multi-functional zone. The complex is strategically located near a school, kindergarten, Zangilan Congress Center, and a city park.

The residential area spans five hectares and will feature buildings with three, four, five, and six floors. A total of 334 apartments are planned for construction within the complex.

The sixth residential complex will be located in a medium-density area near a school, kindergarten, administrative, and commercial zones, covering a total area of three hectares.

The master plan includes the construction of multi-story buildings with three, four, five, and six floors. A total of 177 apartments are planned for the complex," she said.

Speaking about a 104-apartment residential complex in Zangilan city, the official pointed out that the residential complex spans a total area of 1.92 hectares, and consists of 12 buildings.

According to her, modernist and minimalist architectural styles, as well as elements of national ornament, were used in the construction of the buildings.

The complex is situated in the central part of the city, near a school, a kindergarten and a city park, in a medium-density, multi-functional zone, she added.
