Azerbaijan Considering Investment Opportunities In Pakistan's Oil, Gas Sector

(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 16. Azerbaijan is considering investment opportunities in Pakistan's oil and gas sector, Deputy Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Samad Bashirli said during the Azerbaijan-Pakistan Business Forum in Baku today, Trend reports.

Bashirli noted a potential for joint efforts between Azerbaijan and Pakistan in both the oil and non-oil sectors, as well as in space industry projects that demonstrate high investment viability.

He also emphasized the significant prospects for cooperation in areas such as transportation, hydrometeorology, and climate change mitigation.

"We are also exploring investment opportunities in Pakistan's oil and gas sector and the development of precious metal resources. The energy sector remains a focal point, and both countries are considering potential pathways for further partnership," Bashirli added.
