KUWAIT, Sept 16 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Monday a cable to Governor General of Papua New Guinea Bob Dadae, congratulating him on his country's National Day.
