Simplified Visa Regime Between Azerbaijan, Morocco Comes Into Force


(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 28. The agreement on a visa-free Regime between Azerbaijan and Morocco officially comes into force on 28 August, Trend reports.

According to the agreement, Azerbaijani citizens will be able to visit Morocco without a visa for a stay of up to 90 days, provided that their passport is valid for at least 180 days from the date of entry into the country.

Likewise, Moroccan citizens will be able to use visa-free privileges while visiting Azerbaijan.

To note, the two countries signed an“Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco on the exemption of holders of general civil passports from visa requirements” on May 4 this year.

This agreement was ratified on July 15.
