Tajikistan, Kazakhstan To Hold Trade And Investment Forum

(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) DUSHANBE, Tajikistan, August 21. Kazakhstan and Tajikistan will hold a trade and investment forum in Dushanbe on August 21, Trend reports.

According to the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of Tajikistan, during the forum the sides will discuss strengthening of trade and investment cooperation, attraction of investments of Kazakhstan in the economy of Tajikistan, establishment and expansion of cooperation between business circles.

The participants of the forum will address 2 panels: mutual investment - new ways of cooperation panel and modern innovations and technologies - a source of investment opportunities panel.

Meanwhile, the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will pay a state visit to Tajikistan on August 22-23.

The visit will include high-level negotiations in a narrow format and a meeting with the government delegations of the two countries.

The sides plan to sign several bilateral documents aimed at deepening cooperation in political, trade economic, cultural, and humanitarian spheres.
