Amir Participates In 142Nd Session Of International Olympic Committee

Doha, Qatar: The Amir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), participated in the 142nd session of the IOC.

The session chaired by HE Dr. Thomas Bach, President of the IOC was also attended by members of the Olympic Executive Office, members of the IOC, and heads of international federations and national Olympic committees, at the Palais des Congrès in the French capital, Paris on Tuesday, July 23, 2024.

President of the Qatar Olympic Committee, HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, also participated in the meeting.

The meeting discussed the agenda and took appropriate decisions regarding it.

The attendees also discussed a number of regional and international sports topics related to the development and organization of Olympic events.
