Army Chief, French Vice Admiral Discuss Military Cooperation

(MENAFN- Jordan Times) AMMAN - Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti on Monday met with Commander of the French Naval Forces in the Indian Ocean Vice Admiral Emmanuel Slaars over aspects of military cooperation and coordination in different operational, training, and logistical military fields.

Talks between the two sides also aimed to achieve the desired goals for the benefit of the armed forces of both countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Slaars stressed the deep and strong relations between the two countries, praising the pivotal role that the Kingdom plays in promoting security and stability in the region.
