"Offshore Subsea Operations Technology" and "Offshore Drilling Technology" are announced for Chaycuma Vocational School under Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University (ZBEU) in cooperation with "Türkiye Petrolleri Anonim Ortaklığı" of Azerbaijan State Oil Company (SOCAR). The scholarship program includes tuition fees and a monthly stipend of 350 AZN for admitted individuals during the 2-year vocational training. Additionally, SOCAR will provide round-trip airfare between Azerbaijan and Turkiye twice per academic year.

Who can apply for the scholarship program?

To be eligible for the program, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

Must be a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Must have completed secondary education.

Should possess foreign language skills (Turkish C-1 and English B-1 levels).

Applicants whose English language proficiency does not meet the requirements may undergo an additional 1-year preparatory period at the vocational school based on exam results. Expenses during this period will be covered by SOCAR.

What are the stages of the selection process?

The selection process consists of the following stages:

Application stage via the Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University's relevant system.

Language proficiency test in English and Turkish (exams organized by Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University employees in Baku).

Selection and admission stage (conducted by Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University).
