Landing now in Ibiza under the name Ibiza in the Sky , in an exclusive collaboration between Nightevolution, the managing company of some of the most emblematic places in Ibiza, such as the Amnesia nightclub, the Cova Santa restaurant, and over 200 events a year around the world, and Dinner in the Sky, the creator of the eponymous gastronomic experience.
Ibiza in the Sky uses a crane to elevate a special platform with 22 guests and staff, up to 50 meters above the clear skies of Ibiza. The concept comes just in time to enjoy the best of the Ibiza summer, as a special pop-up event, from July 5th to 31st of August , with culinary flights from 6 PM to 2 AM . With a duration of one hour, Tapas in the Sky offers a creative selection of tapas in the heights. This experience includes a welcome cocktail, a soft drink, and a menu of 6 gastronomic tapas. For those seeking a more complete experience, Dinner in the Sky is the perfect option, featuring a 4-course bistronomy menu. It also includes a welcome cocktail and a soft drink, with a total duration of one and a half hours. For either of these two options, guests can add an extra touch by selecting the premium menu with caviar and truffles.
The third option is DJ & Cocktails in the Sky , where participants will enjoy an intimate DJ set in the heights, accompanied by signature cocktails. The experience includes a welcome cocktail and two mixology cocktails, with a total duration of 60 minutes.
