Al Rayyan Club Organises Workshop On Cyber Awareness

Doha, Qatar: The youth body at Al Rayyan Club recently organised a workshop entitled 'Cyber Awareness' under the supervision of the Youth Affairs Department at the Ministry of Sports and Youth, in cooperation with the Canadian Center for Computing Sciences in the Qatar Community.
The workshop was aimed at enhancing cyber awareness in a digital light that is increasing in the country and is participating, and what accompanied it again. With its electronic images and its many and varied forms on the state, society, and the PETRON of scholars and vitality, the workshop aimed to enhance cyber safety procedures in all sectors of society, people's skills in preserving personality, and developing cyber data capacity among the youth group.
For his part, Faisal Al Hammadi, head of the youth body at Al Rayyan Club, stressed the importance of the workshop, saying,“The workshop focused on many important topics in the field of cybersecurity, such as the basic concepts in cybersecurity, cyber risks, and the methodology used to deal with them, in addition to how to maintain privacy and stay safe.” And to learn about the center's most important services related to cybersecurity and the role of users in enhancing cybersecurity and increasing security awareness regarding correct practices when dealing with e-mail and the Internet in general, while presenting a scenario and simulation of some security incidents and discussing the causes and ways to prevent these incidents.”
