(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 29. Egypt invited anIsraeli delegation to visit Cairo on Monday as part of ongoingefforts to reach a truce agreement in Gaza and the return ofhostages held by Hamas, the sources say, Trend reports.
According to the information, a Hamas delegation is alsoexpected to be in Cairo.
It is reported that the plan is for the invited Israelidelegation to be authorized to respond to requests made by Hamas,but will not be authorized to make decisions or state an officialposition
