(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 14. The Israeli AirForce's defense and offensive systems are on alert, with dozens ofaircraft in the sky, a spokesman for the Israel Defense ForcesDaniel Hagari said during a briefing, Trend reports.

He said there was close coordination with the US. Hagari notedthat this week the Israeli army assessed the situation and approvedplans to prepare for an attack from Iran.
