Azizi Developments' Park Avenue Iii Reaches 58% Completion

Park Avenue comprises three buildings comprising 372 residences and 29 retail units; each building comes fitted with a fully equipped gym and swimming pool. Tiling, HVAC, and MEP now stand at 22%, 23%, and 32%, respectively, while the façade is 96% complete. Overall finishes are at 32%, and the manpower across Park Avenue was expanded to 660.
