Shoigu calls Russian tank crew ‘Heroes of Russia’


(MENAFN) The army has stated that Russian Defense Minister, Sergey Shoigu, has suggested that a tank team that demolished a Ukrainian reinforced column be called Heroes of Russia for their deeds.

In a declaration on Saturday, the Defense Ministry piled admiration on the Russian facility associates operating a tank called ‘Alyosha’, who resisted "an attack by a numerically superior enemy" in Zaporozhye Region, opposing eight reinforced automobiles, together with a couple of tanks.
