Norwegian Premier quits his position after being caught shoplifting


(MENAFN) The president of the Norwegian left-wing Red party, an associate of the nation`s legislature, Bjornar Moxnes, quit on Monday after a scandal that spread out subsequently to his was capture shoplifting expensive shades at Oslo Airport in mid-June.

He then uploaded a changed side on Facebook, stating that he falsely thought the shades were his own and then, instead of giving them back to the shop, ripped the price tag off, stating he “panicked and was afraid of what it would look like” if he headed back to the shop.
