Financial Academy Honours 24 Creative Participants At The End Of Fintech Bootcamp 2023
(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, July 16, 2023, SPA -- Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Financial Academy and Chairman of the Capital Market Authority, Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Quwaiz, honoured today 24 creative participants during the closing ceremony of the Fintech Bootcamp 2023.
Al-Quwaiz indicated that the Fintech Bootcamp is one of the main initiatives presented by the Financial Academy to support the financial and technology sectors and contribute to the development of the national economy.
He also pointed out the essential role of the academy, as it has provided over 2,500 specialized training programs that have benefited more than 35,000 trainees.
Al-Quwaiz also said that the Financial Academy has launched more than 48 professional certificates that over 170,000 male and female candidates have applied for, in addition to organizing over 170 meetings and seminars that have been attended by nearly 30,000 participants.
More than 1.5 million people have virtually benefited from these efforts to support ongoing efforts to achieve development and enhance the capabilities of human resources in the financial sector, he noted.
The Bootcamp included 10 modules that covered diverse topics such as design thinking, data analysis, emerging financial technology, and artificial intelligence (AI).
Participants acquired new competencies in design thinking, agile management, data analysis, data visualization, and storytelling using financial technology, emerging technologies, AI, and AI-supported growth.
They also analyzed and improved automation processes, led digital transformation, and developed presentation skills.
The Bootcamp consisted of various stages, including selection, onboarding, team formation, training bootcamp, hackathon, and model presentation (Demo day).
The Financial Academy aimed to provide a unique experience for program participants to delve into the world of financial technology, data, and artificial intelligence through the Fintech Bootcamp 2023.
This contributes to the development and enhancement of their capabilities, enabling them to employ these technologies in designing and presenting their innovative solutions and seize bright opportunities in their future careers.
