The Land Transport Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan has presented a new mobile app for non-cash payment of bus fares, Chairman of the Management Board of the Land Transport Agency Anar Rzayev said at the presentation, trend reports.

He said that the mobile app will be available from July 1.

"With the help of the mobile app, users will be able to plan their trips, top up the BakiKart balance and pay for travel. To register in the mobile application, it is enough to specify a mobile phone number and password," Rzayev said.

Users can easily search for routes, find the nearest stops to their destination, and track the movement of buses in real-time.

“The app allows users to create multiple QR tickets and view their history. This will give users the opportunity to save time and simplify the process of using public transport," he said.
