Enemy Redeploying Equipment, Troops From Kherson Region To Zaporizhzhia Direction - Melitopol Mayor

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Residents of Melitopol have recorded the movement of military equipment and personnel of the Russian invaders through their city from Kherson region toward the Zaporizhzhia area.

Melitopol Mayor Ivan Fedorov said this on the air of the United News telethon, Ukrinform reports.

"Our residents are reporting about the movement of military equipment, heavy weapons and personnel of the occupiers from the direction of Nova Kakhovka and Kakhovka. It was from there that the redeployment of enemy forces to the Zaporizhzhia front line was recorded," he said.

Fedorov reminded that a few days ago, a column of enemy equipment moving from Nova Kakhovka was destroyed. It was eliminated at the intersection of Vasylivka and Melitopol districts.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Russian army launched 96 attacks from various types of weapons on 20 settlements of Zaporizhzhia region in the past day.
