Doha, Qatar: Waseef has organised an introductory meeting for companies to introduce them to facilities and services of 'Argentine Neighborhood' project, a fully integrated city project for workers that safeguards workers' enjoyment of a sustainable residential environment and contains services and commercial facilities that meet their requirements.
Argentine Neighborhood is a new addition to the projects run by Waseef to provide quality living for 67,392 workers. The neighborhood hosted the fans of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, especially the Argentinian ones.
Located in Al Wakra, the neighbourhood is built on a total area of 773,457sqm and includes 1,404 housing units with 16,848 rooms, accommodating 67,392 workers.
The city is equipped with the latest smart city technologies to provide innovative solutions and services to different segments of the community, with residential environments that meet the highest standards and specifications, required by the local market for residential units for workers.
The city is strategically located next to Al Wakra Central Market on Mesaieed Road, making it close to the development projects and service facilities of the state.
The location of the Argentine neighborhood connects it to a modern network of roads making it one of the most desirable projects for many institutions and companies.
In June 2023, Waseef, a leading company in the field of real estate management and marketing, organised an introductory meeting for representatives of companies operating in the country in various sectors, with the aim of announcing the offering of units and facilities of the project for workers' housing for rent, during a reception held at the project's headquarters.
During the meeting, company officials gave a presentation on the facilities and services of the project, stressing that this project is a new addition to the residential projects for workers developed by Barwa Real Estate.
The officials of Waseef accompanied the participants in the meeting for a tour of the project to get acquainted closely with its facilities and components.
