Trump to attend court hearing virtually on his criminal case

(MENAFN) Previous leader Donald Trump is going to be attending online in Manhattan court on Tuesday, so a judge can make sure he comprehends the conditions of a protective order enforced in the criminal case he is charged with.

Trump, who in the previous month pleaded he is innocent in a New York City courtroom to 34 crimes of fabricating business files associated to a 2016 hush money payment, is banned from posting on social media any proof given by the Manhattan district attorney throughout discovery.

The protective order was demanded by lawyers following Trump censuring of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, leading Judge Juan Merchan, and others related with the criminal case.

Merchan implied the protective order according to the proof, but stopped soon before implying a gag order, stating he wanted to let Trump talk about the case as he runs for president.
Lawyers required Tuesday's hearing for the judge to deliver Trump the conditions of the command and confirm Trump's comprehending of it.
