New Delhi, May 15: Vinod K. Jacob, a 2000-batch Indian Foreign Service officer, who is presently Deputy High Commissioner of India in Colombo, has been appointed as toe next Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs said on May 11.
Jacob is expected to take up his new assignment shortly.
