Israeli Occupation Forces Kill Palestinian Youth, Injure Six Others

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RAMALLAH, May 1 (KUNA) -- A Palestinian youth was martyred by the Israeli Occupation forces, Monday, in Aqabat Jaber, a Palestinian refugee camp in Jericho city.
In a statement, the Palestine healthMinistry noted that Jibreel Al-Ladda, 17, was killed by live bullet to the head, and six others were injured, three of which severely.
Local sources stated that the occupation forces have arrested Secretary of Fatah Movement Ahmad Abo Al-Asal and Ahmad Wahdan in the camp, as the occupation forces stormed the camp, surrounded several houses and had clashes with dozens of young men.
The occupation forces have placed a siege on Jericho city for ten days now, by closing it in with military barriers and increasing military measures.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned this bloody barbaric act and the ongoing siege on the city, as it stated that the violations and crimes of the occupation and settlers are an interpretation of the instructions of the political and military echelon in the occupying country, which make it easier for soldiers to shoot live bullets at citizens with the aim of killing.
In a similar context, another young man has been shot with an explosive bullet by the Israeli occupation forces earlier today in Bethlehem town, according to the health ministry.
The Israeli occupation forces stormed Beit Jala Hospital and launched gas bombs in it, endangering patients' life especially the kids and the elderly, added the ministry, noting that the forces deliberately launched the gas bombs, causing the suffocation of many patients.
The Health Minister called on the international community, international legal organizations and human rights organizations to put pressure on the occupying country to stop its aggression against the Palestinian people and the medical institutions, which the international law stipulates to be protected.
