China-Central, Eastern Europe Youth Forum Discusses Youth Development, Exchange Perspectives

(MENAFN) Representatives from China and countries in Central and Eastern Europe have gathered to discuss youth development and exchange perspectives on various topics such as the digital economy, history, and culture. The forum on youth development, organized by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League (CYL) of China, was held on Monday in Beijing, with nearly 100 young people attending it online and offline.

The forum is part of a China-Central and Eastern Europe youth campus event this year, where young representatives will tour Beijing and Cangzhou City in the neighboring Hebei Province for further studies and exchanges in the coming week. The event aims to promote youth development and strengthen cultural exchange between China and Central and Eastern Europe.

During the forum, representatives of youth organizations from countries such as Bulgaria and the Czech Republic spoke about China's achievements in promoting youth development and protecting their rights and interests. Participants also discussed youth development policies of relevant countries and talked about new topics in this sector. The event provided a platform for young people to share their perspectives and learn from each other.

He Junke, an official with the CYL Central Committee, emphasized the importance of youth development and called on countries to prioritize it. He said that young people are the most important stakeholders and form the most promising forces to cope with the common challenges faced by humanity. The forum provided an opportunity for young people to engage in meaningful discussions and explore new ways to build a better future for all.

The China-Central and Eastern Europe youth campus event is part of China's broader efforts to strengthen cultural and economic ties with countries in the region. The event promotes youth development and cultural exchange, providing a platform for young people to learn from each other and build lasting relationships. As the world faces unprecedented challenges, events like these are crucial in fostering cooperation and promoting understanding between different cultures and nations.
