(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, March 03, 2023, SPA -- The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has thwarted an attempt to smuggle 2,015,116 million Captagon tablets at Al Haditha port, which were found hidden in a shipment coming to the Kingdom through the port.
ZATCA stated that a shipment of 'tomatoes and pomegranates' was carried on one of the incoming trucks. During a routine inspection of one of the vehicles, the drugs were found hidden inside the cavities of tomato and pomegranate.
