QNB partners with Hamad Medical Corporation for annual blood donation campaign

(MENAFN) Qatar National Bank (QNB), one of the largest financial institutions in the Middle East and Africa, recently held its annual blood donation campaign for its employees in partnership with Hamad Medical Corporation's Blood Donor Center. The campaign took place at the QNB Mathaf Tower building in Doha, Qatar, and aimed to support the blood bank stock at Hamad Corporation, which plays a crucial role in ensuring a sufficient blood supply for the country on an annual basis. The initiative is one of QNB's many health-related corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, which the bank conducts in cooperation with Hamad Medical Corporation and other leading institutions in Qatar and across its international network. The bank remains committed to supporting the communities in which it operates and promoting public health and wellbeing.

Heba Ali Al Tamimi, Senior Executive Vice President of QNB Group Communications, expressed her pride in the bank's partnership with Hamad Medical Corporation, the leading medical institution in the country. She highlighted the importance of regular blood donations and encouraged everyone to contribute to maintaining an adequate blood supply to ensure national health security. The initiative also aimed to raise awareness of the importance and benefits of blood donations in the community.
