Iran’s energy center Assaluyeh hosts 14th edition of SPPEX 2023

(MENAFN) The 14th edition of the South Pars Oil, Gas, Refinery, and Petrochemical Exhibition (SPPEX 2023) was hosted in the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone (PSEEZ) at Iran’s energy center Assaluyeh on Sunday.

Several provincial officials, including Abolhassan Razminia, the director of the Persian Gulf Science and Technology Park, attended the exhibition's opening ceremony, according to IRNA.

The four-day event is going to feature participation from about 170 upstream and downstream oil and gas enterprises, as well as some foreign company representatives and makers of industrial equipment.

According to what stated by Razminia, the occasion is an opportunity to showcase the capabilities of domestic businesses in the sector.

In order to utilize South Pars' oil and gas resources and promote trade in the region's petrochemical, gas, and oil industries, the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone (PSEEZ) was founded in Bushehr Province in 1998 (25 years ago).
