Srinagar- Aam Aadmi Party leader and Social activist Gurmeet Singh Baaghi Thursday said that AAP will form next government in Gujarat with thumping majority & win Delhi Municipal Corporation polls with huge margin.
Baaghi said the people of Gujarat will vote to bring a change in the system.
“People of Gujarat are eager to bring a change in the state like people of Delhi & Punjab voted for change, by ending 27-year long rule of BJP and usher a new era of politics for a better future of Gujarat. Despite ruling of Gujarat by BJP for the past 27 years, the people are still deprived of basic facilities including good education, health and other basic facilities,” Baaghi said.
He said that the youth are unemployed and inflation is incessantly rising in the Gujarat state but BJP did nothing to improve the situation, adding that youth are now supporting the AAP because it has promised to stop competitive exam question paper leaks and take action against the culprits & assurances of job creation and unemployment allowance.
“Women are turning supporters of AAP because the party has promised electricity bill waiver and also assured of not allowing private schools to raise fees during the next five years like it has done in Delhi, besides free and quality education and healthcare which will help households save money,” he said.
Baaghi said that AAP's fight is against corruption, unemployment, rising inflation and lack of basic amenities for people.
He said the party will clean up the filth spread in the political arena with a broom across the country including Gujarat. Now, this time people of Gujarat will teach a lesson to corrupt leaders and choose an honest government of AAP, which not only brings development, top class health facilities, new schools etc. but also ensure that these corrupt leaders must pay for their sins.
Baaghi further said tthat BJP has ruled the Delhi Municipal Corporation for the last 15 years. They failed to perform their primary responsibility to keep Delhi clean despite being in power for so long in Delhi.
“Arvind Kejriwal will be the first choice of the people in the MCD poll. If you ask the public about the work of AAP, they can easily tell you about Ten projects of AAP, but if you take the name of the BJP, they do not remember a single project. AAP is going to win the MCD election by a huge margin. People are glad that finally there is an opportunity to throw out this corrupt BJP from Municipal corporation,” Baaghi said.
AAP will work dedicatedly for the inclusive development of Gujarat & Delhi Municipal Corporation under the great leadership of National Convener & party supremo Arvind Kejriwal, Baaghi said.
