(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) ABU DHABI, 1st November, 2022 (WAM) -- Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade, today attended a reception hosted by Tugay Tuncer, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to the UAE, to celebrate his country's National Day.
The function, which held at the mission's premises, was attended by Fatih Dönmez, Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources; Abdullah Ahmed Al Saleh, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Economy, a number of senior officials and heads of Arab and foreign diplomatic missions accredited to the UAE, as well as a number of Turkish businessmen and members of the Turkish community residing in the country.
Addressing the audience, Tugay Tuncer affirmed his country's tireless efforts to further bolster bilateral relations and open up new horizons for joint cooperation and work between the two friendly countries.
He said that two-way trade exchange exceeded US$5 billion in the first seven months of the year.
