Qatar KMCC Mogral Puttur Panchayat Committee's 'Istikhama' educational programme logo was released recently. Dr M P Shafi Haji, KMCC panchayat president Anwar Kadawat and general secretary Abdul Rahim Ariel released the logo at the state KMCC office. KMCC Kasaragod district president Lukman Thalangara, mandal president Harris Ariel, and panchayat office-bearers K B Rafeeq, Nawaz Azad Nagar, Rahim Chowki, and Ashraf Mathil were among those present.
