Jordan Partakes In NAM Youth Network Summit In Azerbaijan

Amman, July 25 (Petra)-- Jordan participated in the global Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) Youth Network which kicked off in Azerbaijan capital of Baku on Monday.
The opening of the summit, which will continue until next Friday, was attended by Jordan's ambassador to Azerbaijan, Sami Ghousheh, and a number of ambassadors of member states of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) Youth Network.
'Jordan, through the Amman Declaration, which was launched under the patronage of HRH Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, the Crown Prince, with wide global participation in 2015, stressed the need to activate the youth partnership to achieve peace and security in the world, and that youth are the strategic asset and real wealth' Jordan's representative to the NAM, Bahaa Qudah said Monday in a statement.
He added that the Kingdom has made quantum leaps in supporting young people, developing their skills, and ensuring their access to decision-making positions.
The Non-Aligned Youth Summit is a global youth summit whose activities are organized within the Non-Aligned Movement, which Azerbaijan is currently chairing.
