BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 6. Units of the Armenian armed forces from their positions in the direction of the Zarkand settlement of the Basarkechar region of the state border using various weapons fired at the positions of Azerbaijan Army in the direction of the Yukhara Ayrim settlement of the Kalbajar district late July 5 night, Trend reports via the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
The units of the Azerbaijan Army took adequate response measures, the ministry said.
