Maroua began her career in the hospitality¬¬ field in 2015 at ITC Grand Chola Hotel in India. She also worked in several companies between India and Tunisia until she joined Park Hyatt Doha in 2019 before moving to Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha as Events Sales Manager.
