BMW CEO stats his cars can’t function without Russian gas


(MENAFN) In line with BMW production head Milan Nedeljkovic, as recited by new agency German well-known auto-making BMW is looking for to finance in solar, geothermal, and hydrogen energy to decrease its dependence on supplies of natural gas coming from external exporters, such as Russia.

Nedeljkovic stated that the carmaker, which depend on natural gas for 54 percent of its energy intake last year, was considering to enhance solar panels to the plants, and was at this time arguing a strategy for moving hydrogen to its Leipzig plant with regional authorities.
