Martial law possible if Russia goes for full-blown aggression against Ukraine - Zelensky
This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelensky, who spoke at a joint press conference with the President of Estonia, Alar Karis, in Kyiv on Tuesday, February 22, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
'As for martial law, it's very simple. This issue is clear to us. We believe that there will be no massive war against Ukraine. And there will be no widespread escalation on the part of the Russian Federation. If there is, martial law will be imposed,' Zelensky said.

'We don't talk to them. We don't understand who they are,' Zelensky said.
As reported earlier, on February 21, the President of Russia signed decrees recognizing the independence of the two self-proclaimed entities in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
