Israel: No relaunch of US Palestinian task in Jerusalem
(MENAFN) On Sunday, Oct. 24 Israeli deputy FM stated that US President Biden government may abandon its scheme to relaunch a US diplomatic task for Palestinians in Jerusalem after Israel showed rejection to this decision.
The Jerusalem legation was contained in the US Embassy which was shifted to the disputed city from Tel Aviv in 2018 by the government of ex-President Donald Trump
Antony Blinken US Secretary of State in October repeated Washington’s scheme to relaunch the legation being part of the hard work to fix Palestinian relations. He did not provide any time schedule.
