Turkey's benchmark stock index ends Tuesday at 1,391.65 points
(MENAFN) On Tuesday, Turkey's benchmark stock index ended the day at 1,391.65 points, dropped 0.19 percent from the last close.
Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index decreased 2.72 points from the last close of 1,394.37 points, after opening the day at 1,396.11 points.
During the day, the index’s lowest rate stood at 1,388.54 points, as its daily high reached 1,396.44 points.
The total market rate of the BIST 100 stood at 1 trillion Turkish liras (USD126 billion) by market close, with a daily trading rate of 12 billion Turkish liras (USD1.35 billion).
On in addition; on the second transaction day of the week, 35 stocks on the index increased, 59 dropped, and the remaining were flat in comparison to Monday's close.
