Sudan releases 3-year strategy to fight human trafficking
(MENAFN) On Monday, Aug. 30 Sudan released a three-year nationwide action strategy to fight human trafficking from 2021 to 2023.
The strategy was released by the country’s National Committee for Combating Human Trafficking in a ceremonial conducted in Khartoum.
When speaking in the launching ceremonial, the country’s Justice Minister Nasreddin Abdel Bari noted that Sudan "must provide protection and equality for humans, focusing on legal measures and intensifying cooperation among justice bodies."
He promised to work to accomplish more development in the field of fighting human trafficking, emphasizing that the new Sudan is determined to protect human dignity.
