Iraq COVID-19 cases up by 3,896, 16 deaths

BAGHDAD, Feb 18 (KUNA) -- Iraq's coronavirus deaths increased by 16 as the daily confirmed cases rose by 3,896, the health ministry said on Thursday.
This brings the caseload across the country's provinces, including the Kurdistan Region, to 657,453 as the death toll hit 13,220, a ministry statement read.
On the other hand, a total 612,727 people have been cured of the virus. (end)
