Qatar Airways Holidays postpones 2021 Luxury Coastal Cruise of Qatar

(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Doha: Qatar Airways Holidays and Discover Qatar notified customers of the postponement of the Luxury Coastal Cruise of Qatar, which was scheduled to begin on March 30 and expected to continue with six sailings until April 14.

The cruise series postponement is a proactive decision to deal with the circumstances continuing to evolve from the global response to COVID-19 and to support efforts to protect the local community.

Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, H E Akbar Al Baker, said: 'Despite the popularity and high demand of Qatar's Luxury Coastal Cruise which was designed with all necessary protective measures to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of guests and crew, we need to adapt to the evolving circumstances and regretfully postpone the scheduled sailings. Our commitment to safety remains the highest priority.

Qatar Airways Holidays and Discover Qatar are planning the Luxury Cruise's launch in 2022 as many residents and citizens look forward to setting sail for a unique experience and adventure around the country's coastline.

Guests with confirmed bookings impacted by the postponement will be offered a full refund of the amount paid or receive 110% future credit of the amount paid for the booking.
