Israel launches air raids on Gaza
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) GAZA, Nov 22 (KUNA) -- Israeli forces launched air raids on different areas in Gaza Strip that caused material damage but without injuries on Sunday.
According to Palestine's news agency WAFA, the raids damaged Palestinians' homes and farming areas.
"This terrorist Israeli attack is a part of a continuous Israeli violence against Palestinians," said Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem in a statement, adding that Palestinians will continue fighting Israel and defend their land.
Israeli army released a press statement saying that the attack is a response to a rocket attack launched by Hamas on Israeli lands. (end)
