According to the Ministry of Health, the number of coronavirus patients detected in Sri Lanka rose to 847 today.
The Ministry of Health said that there were 12 new cases identified today (Saturday).
Of the 847 detected so far, 578 are still active with the virus while 260 have recovered and have been discharged from hospital.
Most of the latest cases reported are linked to the Sri Lanka Navy. (Colombo Gazette)
