Gas explosion in building in central Istanbul
(MENAFN) According to a report by the NTV broadcaster, a gas blast took place in a building in central Istanbul causing the injury of at least 3 people.
As said by NTV, the explosion occurred on the fourth floor of a 10-storey building in the Esenyurt district on the European side of the Turkish city.
A statement by the Governorship of Istanbul said that, the blast happened from the building's natural gas installation.
The reason of the blast was not directly clear.
