Saudia Advises Passengers To Reach Airport 6 Hrs. Before Flight On December 25
Dhaka: Saudia has advised its passengers departing from Dhaka on December 25 to report to Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at least six hours prior to their scheduled flight departure.
The advisory follows instructions from the airport authorities amid anticipated traffic congestion in the capital on the day. The Saudi Arabian flag carrier's sales team in Dhaka said the recommendation was issued in view of the expected arrival of Tarique Rahman, Acting Chairman of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), who is scheduled to return to Dhaka from London on a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight the same day.
His arrival is expected to draw a large crowd, which may cause significant traffic disruption and potentially delay passengers' access to the airport.
To avoid inconvenience and ensure timely completion of check-in, security, and immigration formalities, Saudia urged passengers to plan their journeys accordingly and allow sufficient travel time.
