Coronavirus deaths in Algeria rise to 4

The health minister of Algeria has announced on Sunday the death of the fourth case of coronavirus in the country.

A statement by the ministry said that the case marked the fourth death due to the virus, which is an 84 years old lady who was recorded in the hospital of Frantz Fanon on Sunday in the province of Blida in the country.

The ministry also said that the total number of registered cases in the country has reached 48 after the authorities registered four new cases.

According to the statement, an investigation is ongoing to find the people who have contacted the new cases.

The statement asked citizens to suspend their travel outside the country, and it also asked the Algerian citizens abroad to suspend their visit back to the country.
