Top Kuwait lawmaker leaves for Turkey on official visit
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Jan 22 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti National Assembly (parliament) Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim headed to Ankara on Wednesday for a two-day official visit at the invitation of his Turkish counterpart Mustafa Sentop.
During his stay in Ankara, the speaker is expected to hold official talks with ?entop and Kuwaiti-Turkish Friendship Committee chairman and members, Al-Dustour news network said in a statement.
The top Kuwaiti lawmaker's accompanying delegation comprises several members of parliament. (end)
