The Zonum Group LLC. is an Engineering Design firm specialized in Structural Design and Threshold Inspections with a large emphasis in Real Estate Development and Construction. Eric Munoz, the Owner, has been involved deeply in South Florida Real Estate since 2000. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, a Master's Degree from the University of Florida in Civil Engineering and holds a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Entrepreneurship. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer and Special Inspector in Florida. Over the years, Eric has been involved in the construction and rehabilitation of hundreds of homes and has also had the luxury of working on some of South Florida's largest projects and high-rise buildings. Eric founded The Zonum Group in 2018 in an effort to provide clients with a firm that not only designs, but a design firm that deeply understands the market and trends. The Zonum Group knows how to tie all aspects of Design and Construction to Real Estate in order to maximize short or long term returns to the Owner.
The Zonum Group has teamed up with Contractors in order to be able to provide a wide range of services from basic design to turnkey design-build construction. When speaking with Eric, he stated, "The Zonum Group is an up and coming design and construction firm that takes aim at the South Florida market. We are seriously looking to grow significantly in the coming years. We are responsibly moving forward at full speed.
