Electricity prices in Turkey for today


(MENAFN) Official figures showed on Friday that, the maximum electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 316.93 Turkish liras at 11:00 local times, and the minimum will be 169.99 liras at 05:00 local time.


A drop of 16.03 percent to 118.99 million liras, in comparison with Thursday was shown by Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume.


The arithmetical and weighted average cost of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 280.34 liras and 284.97 liras, respectively.


The top electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Friday was set as 335 Turkish liras at 09:00,10:00 and 11:00 local time, and the minimum was 200 liras at 04:00 local time.
