(MENAFN- Colombo Gazette) Deputy Minister Palitha Thewarapperuma was today granted bail after being in remand for breaching a court order.

The Mathugama Magistrate had remanded the Deputy Minister till today.

He was arrested last week after being accused of burying a body at an unauthorized land, disregarding a court order.

When the case was taken up today the Deputy Minister was granted bail.
